Cancel Subscription

To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your account subscription page.

  2. On this page, you will see your current subscription details and the date of the next auto-renewal billing.

  3. Next to the billing date, click on Cancel Auto-Renewal to cancel your subscription and avoid being charged on the next billing date.

  4. You will be prompted to provide a cancellation reason. Select the most appropriate reason and click Cancel Plan.

After completing these steps, IconScout will downgrade your premium plan to a free starter plan.

  • If your current billing cycle is still active, you will retain access to all premium features until the end of the current billing period.
  • If a new billing cycle has started and payment has not been made, your subscription will be terminated immediately.
