- We accept Lottie animations in JSON, while their source files should have AEP or CV file formats only. Other optional file formats are Lottie and ZIP.
- It is important to keep in consideration that while using the drag & drop functionality to submit lotties, contributors must select at least three lotties, which must consist of all file formats for particular asset.
- While uploading a Lottie animation, please make sure all the formats of one lottie asset have the same name (case-sensitive) so that we can group them.
- Please refer to the image shared below, for understanding file formats requirements:
Here you can see four options on the right-top corner of your screen:
Save Draft: This allows you to save the draft you have created after uploading your lottie.
Delete Draft: This allows you to delete any draft that you no longer wish to include.
Upload More: This allows you to add more lotties to your pack.
To upload Mockups/Pack Preview, please click on which will redirect you to your local folder. You can add up to 8 previews. Please note that format must be MP4 only.
You can even use the “Advanced Option” to give the same name, description, pricing, and tags to all your assets at once. You can also copy and paste tags onto individual assets.
Give a Name, Description, and tags to each of your assets.
Contributors are able to add up to 50 tags to each asset.
After doing the above-mentioned steps, please check if all the files contain the necessary elements or not. Make sure all of your assets have the same style and consistency.
There is a “Pack Preview” checkbox you need to select if you wish to see a preview of that asset. By default, we will use the first asset you upload as part of the preview.
You need to select a bundle to complete the uploading process. For a bundle, you can select a style or concept name as the bundle name. Once you create the bundle, you can add all the other same-style and concept Lotties to it. https://help.iconscout.com/hc/en-gb/articles/11701578442521-Bundle-Guidelines Additionally, contributors need to add a Category and sub-category which includes pre-defined options to choose from.
Once you have completed all these steps, you are required to click “Submit” as Pack.
After filling in all the details, Press the “Submit” button. All your lottie will be submitted successfully. After you submit, please wait for 7-10 business days to get a review from our team. Once our team curates the assets, they will be live on IconScout.
