Websites
Insert the attribution on the page where the icon is shown. This can be placed next to the assets or on the footer of the website.

Printed products
Print the attribution on the final printed product.

Apps/Games
Put the attribution on the credits or acknowledgements section within the app itself, or in an accompanying documentation. 

Social Networks
Put the attribution in the text description of the image.

YouTube videos
You can add the attribution in the text description of your video.
