There are two ways to edit the color of a Lottie animation. The first is by using the IconScout color palette, and the second is by using the Lottie Editor.

Recolor using the color palette

Using the color palette, you can select multiple colors according to your preferences. Here's how you can use the color palette:

1. Click on the Lottie animation to open it

2. Under the animation on the left bottom corner, you will see the Color Palette button. Click on the button

3. You will see several options of predefined color palette or you can create new palette by clicking on the + New Palette button (note: the new palette feature is only available for premium users)
4. Click on your color palette selection and it will be automatically applied to your animation.

5. If you want to reset to the original color, click on the Reset button




Edit color using the Lottie Editor

Lottie Editor allows you to change the color of the Lottie animation for free. You can follow these steps:

1. Click on the Lottie animation to open it

2. On top of the animation on the left upper corner, you will see the Edit Lottie button. Click on the button

3. You will be re-directed to the Lottie Editor page
4. On the left panel, select which layer you would like to change and on the right panel, under the Edit tab, you can select the color you would like to apply

5. Once done with the re-color, you can click on Save and Download the file.
