By using "Invite Member," the team plan's owner can purchase an unlimited number of seats. Each additional member will incur an annual fee based on the pricing.
Admin can change a member's email ID at any time, for example, If an employee leaves the company, the administrator can replace the old employee's email ID with the email ID of the new employee without having to buy a new seat in the plan.
For any cases involving the removal of seats, the administrator must send a request to support@iconscout.com for a refund.
Please note that changing a member's email address does not result in removing their seat because seats are permanent and email addresses can be changed as needed.
