Submit a Refund Request
If you would like to request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to support@iconscout.com.
- Include the following information in your email:
- Account Email: The email address associated with your IconScout account.
- Payment Method: Specify the payment method used (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
- Invoice Document: Attach a copy of the invoice for the transaction.
- Reason for Refund: Briefly explain why you are requesting a refund.
Please make sure you meet the refund criteria as per our Refund Policy.
