IconScout offers customisation of 3D assets via color palette selection where you can select multiple colors to be automatically applied on the 3D assets. 

As for now, we do not have an editor that allows the change of individual 3D components. Rest assured, if you want to change the color for each individual component, you can do so by using the source file in a 3D tools like Blender.
