IconScout Refund Policy
Eligibility for Subscription Refunds
You may be eligible for a full refund if:

Your request is made within 7 business days of the original purchase or renewal.

You have not used the service (i.e., you haven’t downloaded any premium assets).
Important: Refund requests must be submitted from the email address associated with your IconScout account.
Note:

Refunds are not possible if the service has been utilized in any way—even downloading any premium asset will make the subscription ineligible for a refund.

Refunds for past transactions or requests made after 7 days are not eligible.

This also applies to annual subscriptions renewed without timely cancellation.
Subscription Renewals & Cancellations

All IconScout plans are automatically renewing subscriptions.

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription from your account before the current period ends.

IconScout is not responsible for charges resulting from missed cancellations.
Other Refund Cases
Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

You were incorrectly charged due to a technical issue.

A fraudulent payment was made on your account.
Refunds will not be granted if your account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request:

Attach the invoice related to your purchase.

Screenshot of the charge or payment
