Before Submitting a Refund Request

How to Submit a Refund Request

To request a refund, kindly email support@iconscout.com with the following details:

  • Account Email: The email address linked to your IconScout account.

  • Payment Method: Specify the method used for payment (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

  • Invoice: Attach a copy of the invoice related to the transaction.

  • Reason for Refund: A brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund.

For Unknown Charges or Fraudulent Transactions

If your request is related to an unknown or suspicious charge, please include:

  • Date of the Transaction

  • Transaction ID (if available)

  • Screenshot of the Charge

  • Last 4 Digits of the Card Used

Our support team will carefully review your request and respond within 1 to 2 business days.
