Update Payment Method

This guide will walk you through updating your payment details.

Step 1: Access Your Account Settings

  1. Log in to your IconScout account
  2. Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner
  3. Select Go to Dashboard from the dropdown menu

Step 2: Navigate to Billing

  1. In the menu, locate and click on Subscription
  2. Scroll down to the payment information section

Step 3: Update Your Card Details

  1. Click the Update Card or Manage Payment Method button
  2. Enter your new payment information:
    • Card number
    • Expiration date
    • CVV/Security code
    • Billing address (if required)
  3. Click Save or Update to confirm your changes


Verification

Once updated, you should see a confirmation message. Your new payment method will be used for your next billing cycle.

Troubleshooting

Payment Update Failed

  • Ensure all card details are entered correctly
  • Check that your card is activated and has sufficient funds
  • Verify that your card supports international transactions (if applicable)

Can't Find the Update Option

  • Make sure you're logged into the account holder's profile
  • Check that you have an active subscription
