Update Payment Method
This guide will walk you through updating your payment details.
Step 1: Access Your Account Settings
- Log in to your IconScout account
- Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner
- Select Go to Dashboard from the dropdown menu
Step 2: Navigate to Billing
- In the menu, locate and click on Subscription
- Scroll down to the payment information section
Step 3: Update Your Card Details
- Click the Update Card or Manage Payment Method button
- Enter your new payment information:
- Card number
- Expiration date
- CVV/Security code
- Billing address (if required)
- Click Save or Update to confirm your changes
Verification
Once updated, you should see a confirmation message. Your new payment method will be used for your next billing cycle.
Troubleshooting
Payment Update Failed
- Ensure all card details are entered correctly
- Check that your card is activated and has sufficient funds
- Verify that your card supports international transactions (if applicable)
Can't Find the Update Option
- Make sure you're logged into the account holder's profile
- Check that you have an active subscription
